Robotics

This is a parent-lead group for students in years 2-6 working with the Lego Mindstorms Robotics kit.We aim to enter a team in the Robocup Junior competition.

We meet in the School computer room:

  • Years 2-3: Wednesday lunchtime
  • Years 4-6: Thursday 3:13-4:25. 

There is no cost to being involved in the program but children must have access to their own Mindstorms kit (they can be shared, one kit between 2 children, but only if the kids really get on). Each child must also have their own USB key to save programs to.
