Library

The Cammeray school library is open for lessons Monday to Friday from 9:15am-3:15pm. Children are able to come to the library during the 2nd half of lunch to borrow, complete quiet activities and to work on projects. Each week all classes participate in a 40 minute library lesson. During these lessons the children have the opportunity to borrow books for home and their classrooms, in addition to learning essential library research skills. Cammeray holds two Book Fairs during the year. One in each of Term 2 and Term 3. The children are able to purchase books for themselves as well as buy books to donate to the library.
