Enrolment

Cammeray Public School makes every effort to ensure that the enrolment process is as simple, and as personal, as possible. For more information about enrolment please ring our office on 9955 7200.

We only accept in-area enrolments. For a map of the School catchment area boundaries click here (large file).

Step 1: The enrolment form

Click here for a Student Enrolment Form from the Department of Education in PDF format. Complete the form and return it to the School as soon as possible.

Step 2: Kindergarten enrolment information

Kindergarten Information Evening takes place in September each year. On the evening families are supplied with an 'enrolment kit' - a library bag for their child containing important information about the school including a Parent Information Booklet, Student Welfare Policy, information about the uniform shop, the canteen plus assorted pamphlets advising parents how to help their child become ready for school. Presentations by the Principal, Deputy Principal, Kindergarten Teachers and President of the Parents and Citizens are followed by tea and coffee and a chance to ask any questions.

Kindergarten Orientation Sessions are offered throughout term 4. These are necessary to ensure your child has a smooth transition into Cammeray school life. On these orientation days your child will be paired with an older buddy who will assist your child and also greet you again on the first day of school and be their special friend at Cammeray.

Step 2: Enroling in Years 1-6
