Our school is a medium sized school offering quality education for students from kindergarten though to Year 6. Apart from our parent teacher evenings and personalised interviews, our school holds education forums throughout the year to inform parents at each stage of their child’s schooling about the unique features, facilities and programs on offer at Cammeray.

Our school employs a specialist teacher to help cater for students with exceptional talents. Apart from organising in class activities, this teacher also coordinates extension workshops in Science, Drama, Writing, Forensic Science and Mathematics- just to name a few!

Throughout the year there are also a number of special events held which showcase the school. Each term, we hold an A Day assembly where students are recognised and rewarded in every class for their contribution to academic, cultural or sporting areas of the school.

We also celebrate Education Week in May with open classrooms, musical concerts, gymnastics and dance displays and of course a K – 6 Concert. We participate in an Easter Hat parade, have Father and Child Camp outs on the oval, family BBQ’s, Music/Band Camps and Grandparents or Seniors Day.

Parents are welcome partners in our school and assist in the classroom the canteen, clothing pool, school evaluation Committee, School Council, Finance and P & C.
